"I Can't Explain", from full-length "1000 Palms", is a shoegazey-pop, love/unlove track that shows Surfer Blood at their dreamy catchiest. The B-side is a cover of the Kiwi (New Zealand) rock band The Verlaines, whose 80's indie-pop foreshadower "Death and the Maiden" was way ahead of its time. Available on a limited run of 1000 amazing "Olive" and "Bone" colored A-side/B-side vinyl.
